Residents may hang lightweight items using finishing nails or tacks. Larger holes, wall anchors, and TV mounts must be properly repaired at move-out, and any damage may result in charges. Command strips may not be used on the drywall. Anything creating a hole larger than a pencil diameter should be avoided.

Water, sewer, and trash are billed based on overall property usage and divided by building, unit, and number of occupants. For one person, the average cost is typically around $35–$40, though this may vary depending on usage. Heat and electricity are billed separately through We Energies. The standard deposit is $500, or $99 for those in the Preferred Employer Program; additional deposit may be required if qualifications aren’t fully met.

25% of our units have black appliances, while the remaining 75% feature stainless-steel packages—including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel. A stackable washer and dryer are provided in every unit for added convenience.

All apartments also include gas-forced heat and central air conditioning, with electric heat in the attached garages only.

Almost all of our units come with 1 underground parking spot and many come with a storage locker. We do not have additional underground parking spots or storage lockers for rent.

No, personal grills and smokers are prohibited on patios and balconies. Due to fire safety regulations, personal grills must be used 20 Ft. from the buildings, or residents are welcome to use the shared gas grills located throughout the property.

All of our units are smoke -free and any smoking must be done at least 20ft. From any open windows or entrances. We cannot guarantee that a unit has never had someone smoke inside of it.
