We Are a Pet Friendly Community
Life is better with pets and Courtyard at Cobblestone Park makes it easy. Our pet-friendly apartments include an on-site pet spa in every building, a fenced dog park, and plenty of green space so your companions feel right at home.
Pet Fees & Deposits
- Monthly Pet Fee: $35 per pet
- Dog DNA Fee: $75 one-time, non-refundable fee per dog
- Pet Deposit:
- $600 for one pet
- $800 for two pets
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed
Restrictions
There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. We require all dogs and cats to be either spayed or neutered. All cats must use nail caps. Although we love all dogs, certain breeds are not permitted:
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- American Stafford Terriers
- Boxers
- Chow-Chows
- Doberman Pinchers
- German Shepherds
- Great Danes
- Rottweilers
- Siberian Huskies
- Pit Bulls
- All Wolf-Hybrids
*Any pet dog that has one of the above breeds in their lineage must be proven to be less than 50% of the breed via current veterinary records or other official verification.
