We love pets and we keep things simple with clear pricing and refundable deposits to ensure a happy, well-kept community for everyone.
Pet Fees & Deposits
- Monthly Pet Fee: $35 per pet
- Dog DNA Fee: $75 one-time, non-refundable fee per dog
- Pet Deposit:
- $600 for one pet
- $800 for two pets
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed
Are There Any Restrictions?
There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. We require all dogs and cats to be either spayed or neutered. All cats must use nail caps. Although we love all dogs, certain breeds are not permitted:

*Any pet dog that has one of the above breeds in their lineage must be proven to be less than 50% of the breed via current veterinary records or other official verification.
