Included in rent is our convenient self-service, 24-hour pet spa! Here there are 2 large stainless steel tubs and blow dryers with ramps all designed to make washing your pet as easy and comfortable as possible!
Doggy DNA
This program keeps dog owners accountable and helps keep our community clean. All dogs on our grounds are DNA swabbed so that any pet waste left will be tracked to the dog owner.
Rates
$35 monthly pet rent
$35 one-time fee for doggy DNA swabbing (dogs only)
$300 refundable security deposit for 1 pet
$400 refundable security deposit for 2 pets
Restrictions
We require all dogs and cats to be either spayed or neutered, and all cats must be declawed (front only). All dogs must be under 60 lbs and 1 year of age or older. Although we love all dogs, certain breeds are not permitted:
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- Boxers
- Chow-Chows
- Doberman Pinschers
- German Shepherds
- Great Danes
- Rottweilers
- Siberian Huskies
- Pit Bulls
- All Wolf-Hybrids
*Any pet dog that has one of the above breeds in their lineage must be proven to be less than 50% of the breed via current veterinary records or other official verification.
